…that’s what this weekend was made of.  Oh  had the pleasure of photographing so many adorable children this weekend!  I am truely blessed to be able to be a part of so many little lives!  I think about how these kids will look back on these pictures of themselves and I am so honored that it is my work that they will be boasting about to their future acquaintences for the rest of their lives…(insert proud chest here)

First up was little Gigi!  I photographed her when she was just a newborn.  She and her brother and sister were some of my very first clients…sha…can you believe it??

Anywho, could she be any cuter????

Next up was two cousins who I know are going to grow up and be stand up comics….their soul purpose this session was to make us laugh…mission accomplished!  May I add that this image has stolen my heart completely…the Flamenco Dancing comedians…

and Finally…these siblings were so cute together!!!  They all got along so well!  It was pure mayhem fighting of the hoards of mosquitos but we survived…

maybe lost of few pints of blood but it was worth it for this image…Kelly, you are allowed to jump up and do a cartwheel…

Thank you all for such a wonderful weekend!!!  If you haven’t scheduled your fall session, do it today!!

…if you want one, schedule it now!  Dates are filling up quickly.  This is by far my favorite time to take pictures.  It’s not just the leaves and colors, but the coolness in the air that allows you to LAYER.  I love layering and accesorizing(did I spell that right) and this is just the time to do it.  I took my son out for a session a couple of weeks ago.  He is such a little poser…check him out….

and look at this…their first picture together….took me long enough…

okay okay okay…hereis oneof Miss Sassy pants…

Anyway, just a taste of fall…book your sessions today…

Check them out!

and a game of peek a boo…

Oh and next was the yummiest little newborn ever…she was so good.  She let me bend and fold her however I wanted!  I love it when the do that!

Oh and I have an open house today!!  Please cross your fingers that people come out even in the rain…AND buy my house!!  Pretty Please!!

…"you get all weird when you read books"  This is what Danny said to me today, but he got no argument from me…he’s right.  Everytime I read a book, not only do I become completely engrossed in it, but I get weird.  I start narrating my own life.  General thoughts one has while, say,…backing out of the driveway, become intense happenings straight out of a novel.  Take this for example. A little exert from yesterday mornings narrations…

"as I peered over my shoulder and began the slow reverse from the driveway, I made note of the ominious black car and it sunglass donned driver as he crept, ever so slowly, in front of my house.  He was gazing intently in my direction, I was gazing curiously in his and I thought…Could he be it, the one who will save me from this life plagued with insecurity and restlessness…the one who will…BUY MY HOUSE"

yep…that’s what Danny has dealt with all weekend…poor guy.  No more Nicolas Sparks for me for a while.  It was a damn good book though.   He writes so well and the fact that he is male and does it, impresses me even more.  Just for the record the narrations are in my head, I don’t actually say them out loud…that would be REALLY weird!!!

Anywho, I had a couple client sessions this weekend.  First up was 6 month old Miss E.  She is so freakin beautiful.  Cute full lips…huge hazel eyes.  Loved her…

Next up was a senior..yay!  L was fantastic to work with.  Gorgeous blue eyes and I didn’t find out she was a dancer until the session was almost over.  We are so having round 2 so we can do some cool dancer shots…K L.?

Loved this…

okay…had to share this one too…
