so the story goes…my mom is a Brady.  She has 7 brothers and sisters…yes they are the original Brady bunch, but couldn’t be more different than the sitcom version.  We are loud, abnoxious, ill-mannered, and hot-tempered…in other words…we couldn’t be more entertaining!  To me at least…it was so much fun, but I didn’t take any snapshots.  I should have but was just to busy to pick up the camera.  Well, I shouldn’t say that because I did take some pics of my little cousin’s again this year.  Are they not gorgeous…sorry James Anthony…you are too cute, I just haven’t edited any of your pictures yet.

I also had the pleasure of photographing some other stunning beauty’s this weekend.  First up was the gorgeous Miss Christen.  She had the most rockin wardrobe, and I want her car…

my babies have been away for 2 days now and I can’t wait to see them tomorrow.  This is the first time they have left me and it was completely against my wishes…My mom was passing through from her vacation and dropped by for some lunch.  She asked to take the kids home with her for a couple days…I said no.  She relentlessly pulled out every card in the bag and in the end I waved fairwell as they pulled out of site.  Yes….I cried, but not till after they were gone because I did not want to freak them out.  I think I have called them 80 times…they are getting tired of me calling and totally pulling attitude on the phone…don’t they know I miss them???  It has been kind of nice though, we had tons to do this weekend to get the house ready for the market on Wednesday…I am so nervous…I want everything to be perfect and that seems impossible.  Did I mention I have poison sumack.  I can roll through poison ivy and not get it, but poison sumack…damn it itches sooooo bad…..it’s all over my legs.  I must wear jeans to all sessions now.  Even if it is 101 degrees.  Anywho, I am very talkative tonight eh???

I did sqeeze in a session this weekend.  This was originally supposed to be my family reunion weekend but it got moved to next weeked.  Luckily someone was able to fill in and that someone was none other than my sweet friend Melissa.  We were in a sorority together and she was seriously the most positive geniune person I have ever met.  It was such a treat to get to see her again and meet her gorgeous family!  Check out these little dudes…they made me work for it….but oh so worth it…

We had an exhausting week and weekend but it was all worth it!  You should see my closets…I don’t think they have ever been this clean…and my living room…not a toy in sight…just the way I like it.  The kids would beg to differ, but we are selling our house and it has to be presentable.  We already found the house we hope to buy and I am just too excited!  I shouldn’t be because I am aware of how these things can go but nonetheless…I am already picking color schemes.  Anyone interested in a 4 bedroom ranch in Saint Peters shoot me an email…

In the midst of all the mayhem I did get to photograph some more sparkling souls…

…well that what my job felt like this weekend.  My clients were just gorgeous and complete naturals in front of the camera.  First up was the M family.  They are surrounded by gorgeousness.  Not only themselves but their property.  Just lovely.  I adore this shot of the girls.  I have never seen more beautiful redhead sisters in my life…
